CSP ENGINEERING COURSE

In the course, which has a duration of 16 hours, issues like solar thermal power plants from a design point of view, stages to develop in engineering, design software used frequently, the sizing of a solar field, the lay out of the power block, everything involving HTF system (pressures, bumps, tank reckoning, filtering system, lagging..) are analysed. Lastly, basic equipment like generation train, water-steam cycle and steam turbine, with special attention to the existing equipment in market, to criteria selected and to the aspects to bear in mind in a decision, are also analysed.
