The Guide 2: development of maintenance plans is encompasses within the series of publications that IRIM goes to edit throughout 2015. The first of these, Guide 1: the human resources in maintenance addressed in detail the possible flow charts of maintenance and the distribution of responsibilities between the different positions. This new guide, more technical, addresses the second concern of a maintenance manager: the elaboration of the Plan of preventive maintenance of a facility. In it is dealt with them different technical of elaboration of plans of maintenance, with the development full of each an of them phases that is must cross to develop a plan of maintenance based in protocols standardized.

It is certainly a practical guide, with which the maintenance engineer, following the steps listed, must be able to develop a maintenance plan even though it has little experience doing this kind of work.
