CHEMICAL CONTROL COURSE 

RENOVETEC’S Chemical Control course tackles a delicate aspect in the exploitation of a thermoelectric power plant: control of the physicochemical characteristics of cooling waters, water-steam cycle and effluents. The importance of this control is crucial. The implementation of an incorrect treatment could cause so severe damage and production losses that a good implementation must be one of the strategic aims of exploitation of a plant.

As shown throughout the course, this control is simple, easy to understand and execute if one has the accurate knowledge.

 COURSE INFORMATION 

Type of course: On-site course, based in a presentation developed with the help of programmes like Power Point. On-line.

Duration: 16 hours. About the In-company method, the course could last between 16 and 32 hours, including the possibility of take dosage and laboratory practices.

Course level: Medium. It is assumed that the participants have previous knowledge in industrial installations and some work experience.

Material: Colour book 17 x 24 rustic binding        

Practices: Practices about maintenance plan elaboration and budget reckoning are carried out.
